My nephew is 15 with autism, he talks very little. He is a wonderful loving child. My sister and her hubsand has tried so hard to help him. Sometimes i think they tries to hard. They try to do everything themselves. They never get a break. I want to help out but don't know how without hurting their feelings. They are so protective they think i couldn't handle it if he has a melt down (because of his size). Surely there is something I can do. Any advise?
